Free Australian Shipping

• We offer Free Shipping throughout Australia for Scent Company products

• Our products are sent via regular Australia Post, as Express Post is prohibited for flammable goods. This will mean delivery will take between 1-4 business day.

• We use Australia Post to ship our orders. Your delivery times can be estimated by entering our delivery post code, 2035 and your own postcode here - https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/

• Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number may not be traceable for up to 24 hours after dispatch

• Pease contact hello@scent-company.com for any further questions and/or if you have any special delivery requirements

• A $12 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
• Entering an incorrect address at checkout causing your order to be sent back to us
• Not picking you item up from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us

• Please note that Scent Company does not take any responsibility for parcels that are delivered without a signature

 

Returns

• Customers who purchase a Scent Company product can exchange or refund if the product has been unopened and the box is still completely sealed within 1 month of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the purchase product back to Scent Company. Please email hello@scent-company.com to initiate a return

• If your Scent Company product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to hello@scent-company.com within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.

• Scent Company will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel

• Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

• We are sorry to hear about this but if you are not satisfied with our 50ml bottles as per our satisfaction guarantee we will refund you the price of your bottle within 30 days after delivery has been initiated.

• Order Number
• Reason for return 

 

International Shipping

• Unfortunately as of right now we do no ship goods outside of Australia  
• But if you insist, we might be able to work something out with you :)
